Advertiser’s Ability to Delete Assigned DID from Live Campaign (While Keeping One Active)
Advertisers often use multiple phone numbers (DIDs) in a campaign to handle calls better and track performance. However, there are situations where they may no longer need one of those numbers. For example:
They want to use the number in another campaign.
They want to avoid paying for an unused number.
With this feature, advertisers can now remove a phone number from a live campaign while ensuring the campaign continues as long as at least one phone number remains active
Key Benefits
1. Flexibility to Adjust Campaigns
Advertisers can remove a phone number they no longer need without stopping the campaign. This is especially useful if their plans change or if they need to allocate the number elsewhere.
2. Keep Campaigns Running Smoothly
Removing a number doesn’t disrupt the campaign. As long as one phone number remains, the campaign continues seamlessly, ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
3. Save Money
By removing unused numbers, advertisers can avoid paying for resources they no longer need, optimizing their budget.
4. Better Management
This feature gives advertisers more control over their campaigns, helping them allocate resources where they are most needed.
5. Quick and Easy Changes
Advertisers can make these changes instantly without contacting support or dealing with complicated processes.
